Role Details:
This is a PRN position with a competitive compensation of $55.00 per hour.


The SLP is responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice functions. This role emphasizes a person-centered approach, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met throughout their continuum of care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough screenings, evaluations, and treatments to address the diverse needs of residents.
  • Adhering to Federal, State, and payer guidelines, as well as ASHA standards and company policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with documentation, billing, and resident rights.
  • Providing holistic support that encompasses physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team to tailor care plans that focus on residents' strengths and preferences.
