Your Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care as an RN in post-acute care facilities, delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Create care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents, ensuring personalized attention and support.
  • Deliver the best treatments and administration of medications to each resident, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
  • Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff, continuously improving patient care.
  • Educate residents and family members about best options for care, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Set up, monitor medical equipment as needed, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
  • Make sure staff is compliant with nursing standards and facility policies, upholding high standards of care.
  • Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis, contributing to accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Train and supervise nurses and support staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure the accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories, maintaining precise records.
  • Help staff with incident investigations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months), demonstrating your expertise in this field.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage complex tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
