Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that equipment installation is compliant with all safety regulations and industry quality standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate installation documentation, including progress reports, site evaluations, and testing.
  • Training and Development: Provide supervision and mentorship to your team, encouraging collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Travel and Work Schedule: Travel daily to job sites, typically within a 2-hour radius of our shop, and work 55+ hours per week, with a 6 AM start time.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanics, equipment installation, framing/carpentry, welding, or a related industry.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to provide accountability and motivate your team to do their best work.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Think quickly, solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Work efficiently and effectively, maintaining accurate and complete documentation for each installation.
  • Professionalism and Respect: Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors, representing the company with integrity and excellence.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work from a ladder, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift 75+ lbs.
