Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular interactions, including site visits.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Enhance technical skills and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through educational programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and address potential challenges in engagements.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover valuable insights that inform recommendations.

Tax Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections in compliance with industry standards.
- Effectively utilize current tax and accounting software applications.
- Conduct research on tax-related issues and financial reports.
- Perform tax return interviews as necessary.

Audit Responsibilities
- Execute audit, review, and compliance testing procedures according to established standards.
- Communicate with engagement managers regarding outstanding items and testing issues.
- Prepare or review financial statements, footnotes, management reports, and other outputs related to engagements.
- Develop expertise in GAAP and accounting practices relevant to assigned areas.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Strong academic performance in accounting, preferably with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- CPA eligibility is preferred.
- Relevant job experience is required, with an accounting internship being advantageous.
- Coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- High organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up abilities are crucial.

Work Environment
