Technical Customer Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless technical onboarding experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage technical workstreams and customer product suites within project implementations
- Align product implementation teams with customer objectives and maintain open communication
- Create and manage project timelines, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain solid project plans, manage risks, and control changes
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers
- Liaise with compliance teams to ensure adherence to global and regional standards
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve issues and concerns
- Ensure execution of end-to-end test plans to meet quality metrics
- Strong technical skills and experience in software implementation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
- Business English mandatory, multi-lingual capability advantageous
- Commercial awareness and strong relationship building skills
- Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational SMEs
