Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily mopping of kitchen floors in compliance with sanitary standards set by the Department of Public Health.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas and equipment, including nightly cleaning of cookware.
- Perform regular deep-cleaning of all kitchen areas, including dining rooms, adhering to guidelines established by the Food Service Director.
- Maintain and clean the dishwasher, ensuring it operates effectively at all times.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols while using equipment, including proper lifting and bending techniques, and report any personal or work-related injuries immediately.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous dietary experience is required.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of elderly and disabled individuals.
