Role Overview:
The Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bringing our product visions to fruition. This position is centered around understanding and monitoring customer demand for assigned accounts, which includes demand forecasting and managing customer orders through our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the Material Master in the Bose ERP system to ensure accurate demand management.
2. Oversee the phase-in and phase-out processes of part numbers, coordinating with Change Management and End of Production (EOP) initiatives.
3. Manage customer forecasts, orders, and delivery schedules within the ERP system to guarantee timely fulfillment.
4. Collaborate with Bose warehouses or third-party logistics providers to streamline inbound and outbound transportation.
5. Handle procurement operations with both domestic and international suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.
6. Manage service parts in coordination with customers and suppliers, ensuring all requirements are met.
7. Execute established supply chain processes to meet customer-specific requirements and lead initiatives when new requirements arise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, inbound/outbound logistics, and purchasing operations, preferably in the automotive sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with automotive experience being advantageous.
- Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
- Experience in warehouse or third-party logistics operations.

Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
