Job Overview:

The Retail Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
  • Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
  • Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
  • Assess the customer's individual needs providing product recommendations.
  • Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale.
  • Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
  • Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and an upbeat personality.
  • The ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals.
  • The willingness to learn, be open to feedback, and take action as required.
  • Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment.
