Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Rose Paving LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a project management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Certifications: CM or PMP certification preferred.
