Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement detailed project plans, encompassing resource distribution, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients.
  • Manage project scope effectively, recognizing changes, and making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Supervise construction team operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with various teams to guarantee efficient project execution and optimal resource use.
  • Track project advancement, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  • Produce precise and timely reports regarding project status, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and sustain strong connections with local authorities and other pertinent stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in managing wireline (fiber/copper) outside plant construction projects.
  • A proven history of delivering projects successfully within budget and time constraints.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and produce actionable insights.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Drive and Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Quick Base or similar project management tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of outside plant construction methodologies and industry best practices.
  • This role necessitates regular engagement with clients and team members, which may include occasional evening or weekend commitments.
