Grocery Store Associate - Temporary Position

We are currently facing an extraordinary demand and we need your assistance. If you are seeking a temporary role and are interested in joining our team to support the community, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
  • Assisting customers in various areas of the store
  • Providing coverage for team members during breaks
  • Retrieving shopping carts and maintaining cleanliness
  • Ensuring the store remains clean and sanitized

This temporary engagement may last up to three months, with the possibility of long-term employment following the completion of the assignment.

Qualifications

To be a Grocery Store Associate at Sprouts Farmers Market, you should:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability
  • Exhibit a friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively interact with customers
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs
