Business Development Representative

Benefit Partners Group, a rapidly growing Employee Benefits Brokerage and Consulting Firm in Libertyville, IL, seeks an experienced Account Manager to join its team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining respectful relationships with clients and associates
- Responding to questions related to benefit plans
- Resolving client claims and billing issues
- Gathering high-level client data
- Assisting with company projects designed to improve efficiency and quality
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health insurance and employee benefits, including the Affordable Care Act. They will also be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with excellent problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication abilities. A bachelor's degree is required, and 3+ years of industry experience are preferred.
In exchange for your commitment and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, a comprehensive employee benefit package, PTO benefits, and flexible summer hours.
