WORK OBJECTIVE

As a Cemetery Operations Supervisor, you will engage in complex technical and administrative tasks overseeing the management and upkeep of cemetery facilities. This role involves ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, while providing guidance to subordinate staff members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should possess an Associate degree in relevant fields such as supervision and park management, alongside four (4) years of supervisory experience in cemetery or park operations and maintenance. Additionally, two years of experience in facility management, administration, or maintenance is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must hold National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level determined by job classification requirements) or be willing to obtain it within one year of employment. A valid Florida driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree in business management, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
