Salon Director

The General Manager is responsible for driving business growth and excellence through effective staff recruitment, training, and service and product sales. This role requires a strong leader who can create an environment that exceeds standards of guest services, client retention, employee development, and local marketing efforts.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed FACE FOUNDRI goals, focusing on staff development, service quality, and sales growth.
• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards in customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
• Manage financial metrics, including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, and retail revenue (if applicable).
• Identify opportunities for growth, such as staffing, scheduling, and coaching, to drive business expansion.
• Responsible for the management of all personnel, including recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety, and legal compliance.
• Develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs to enhance employee productivity and growth.
• Ensure all technical service and product training classes are attended, and conduct regular reviews for all staff members.
• Manage store inventory, working closely with inventory specialists, and assist with social media and marketing events.
• Help forecast sales, growth trajectories, and expansion plans, and contribute to the development of business strategies.

• One year of Salon Manager experience is preferred.
• Esthetics License is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work some evenings and one weekend day is required.
