Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Truck Sales Director to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial truck sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the heavy duty truck industry
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
