Estimated Salary: $68,500 per year

Our competitive salary is based on the national average for Licensed Practical Nurses in Connecticut. With experience, you can earn up to $82,000 per year.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our Resident Services Director (RN) to provide comprehensive care to our residents. This includes medication administration, direct care, teaching, and wellness counseling. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State
  • Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff members
