We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and healthcare, to promote cross-functional teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
