About the Role

Springboard Automation is a leading provider of luxury home technology solutions, serving high-end clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area and beyond. We are seeking a skilled Residential Audio-Visual Systems Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure advanced audio-visual and home automation systems
  • Perform in-home service visits to troubleshoot and repair AV systems
  • Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of their systems
  • Conduct site assessments for project management
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
  • Experience in AV system installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Lutron, Savant, Sonos, and Wifi networks
  • Ability to travel to diverse job sites nationwide
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Availability to work 1 weekend per month
  • Valid driver's license
