Position Overview

The Security Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of security systems and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves direct interaction with clients, service personnel, sales representatives, and management to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Compensation: $28 - $48 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain various security systems.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to clients.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics related to security installations.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies in the security field.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary certifications.
Essential Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient knowledge of security and communication systems.
