We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician II to join our team at Avera. As a Behavioral Health Technician II, you will play a vital role in providing physical and psychological care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Education, Behavior Analysis, Health, or Social Sciences, Counseling, Alcohol Studies, Liberal Arts, or any other human services and/or medical field.
- Two years of related experience preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $31.00 per hour.
- Varied shifts, including 72 hours every two weeks.
