Nurse Specialist in Adolescent and Child Behavioral Health

As a Registered Nurse in our Adolescent and Child Behavioral Health programs, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients and their families. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to adolescents and children with mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote positive outcomes and support the emotional and psychological well-being of patients.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or eligibility for multi-state licensure.
- Experience working with adolescents and children with mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
