Project Manager - Wastewater Treatment Plant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to wastewater treatment.
  • Implement and enforce quality standards and best practices for wastewater treatment projects.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with structural concrete.
  • Work history with a self-performing construction company, responsible for all aspects of the build.
  • Prior financial profit/loss responsibilities for projects.
  • Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog or similar.
