Role Overview:

As an Integrated Business Planning Analyst based in Milwaukee, WI, you will take charge of setting agendas, planning, scheduling, and facilitating the execution and governance of the Americas cyclical IBP meetings. You will manage cross-functional planning and pre-meetings with Supply Chain and various stakeholders.

This position reports to the IBP Process Manager and collaborates closely with the IBP Joint Planning Manager and IBP Process Manager on a daily basis. Additionally, you will engage weekly or monthly with teams from Customer Service and Support, Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Digital Enablement, Supply Chain Performance, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize standards, templates, and tools to monitor, support, and enhance the MCBC IBP process, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Review outstanding action items from previous cycles and drive their completion as needed.
  • Analyze S&OE variance and R&O against IBP, and scope escalations for S&OE forums.
  • Collaborate with the JBP manager to effectively plan and synchronize scheduling across various commercial process meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project and/or Process Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, governance, and facilitation.
  • A keen interest in consumers, industry trends, and a broad range of scientific and technological advancements.
  • Extensive business experience across supply chain functions and their interconnectivity.
  • Strong ability to educate, coach, and develop others, utilizing effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing and uniting stakeholders towards common objectives.
  • Proven meeting management skills with the ability to set agendas and lead discussions proactively.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with and hold senior leaders accountable.
  • A bold and decisive nature, comfortable expressing differing opinions, with a bias for action and a willingness to learn from failures.
  • Initiative to continuously grow your skill set and support the development of those around you.
  • A passion for challenges, with the ability to complete complex projects swiftly while understanding business priorities.
