Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Grapevine, TX. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our associates and managing the team's performance in achieving our Client's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future talent needs.
  • Manage pre-employment assessments, including employment applications, interview scheduling, background checks, and drug tests.
  • Ensure compliance with pre-employment screening and paperwork requirements.
  • Oversee I-9 completion and provide post-offer support.
  • Maintain candidate relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Track candidate pipeline status and provide weekly updates to the Client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all communications are error-free, timely, and impactful.
  • Prioritize workload efficiently to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team and management to optimize workflow processes.
  • Monitor associate attendance and punctuality, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Onboard new associates and manage termination documentation.
  • Perform additional project work as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in on-site team management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel within the DFW metroplex.
  • Flexible work hours.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate ($17-$21 per hour depending on experience).
  • Full-time position with a salary range of $45,000-$50,000 per year.
  • Health insurance and other benefits.
Work Environment
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:00 am-4:00 pm schedule.
  • 10-hour shift or 8-hour shift.
  • Day shift with Monday to Friday hours.
  • No weekends.
Relocation
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Grapevine, TX.
Experience
  • Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Onsite coordinator experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
