Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
  • Current pharmacist license in Idaho or ability to get.
  • Years of progressive experience in pharmacy management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical pharmacy practices, and medication therapy management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance improvement.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems.
