Requirements:
- PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Current pharmacist license in Idaho or ability to get.
- Years of progressive experience in pharmacy management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical pharmacy practices, and medication therapy management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance improvement.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems.
