NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a private non-profit human services agency, is seeking a part-time clinician to support the Lofts and Safe Harbor programs in Haverhill, MA.
The Lofts and Safe Harbor programs serve young adults aged 18-22 who are transitioning out of the DCF system of care.
Job Responsibilities:- Support the screening of new referrals and complete initial trauma assessments with new intakes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide clinical consultation and training to program staff.
- Facilitate the implementation of trauma-informed treatment frameworks and clinical best practices.
- Act as a liaison with outside treatment providers and facilitate referrals to community providers as needed.
- Participate in treatment meetings and stakeholder meetings, and provide 24-hour on-call support.
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- LMHC, LMFT, or LISCW eligibility required; license preferred.
- Experience serving adolescents and young adults, as well as working with the Department of Children & Families.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
Full-time employees receive medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, three weeks of paid vacation time, 11 paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year.
