This role will be responsible for assisting the Catering Department with food set up, serving, and take down, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high standards of quality and service.

The Role: As a Catering Assistant, you will be an integral part of our events team, working closely with our catering staff to ensure seamless execution of food service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up catering for food service
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation
  • Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Cleaning up catering at the end of the day

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or knowledge of stage/touring operations
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to adjust depending on the needs of the venue(s)
  • Excellent communication skills and punctuality
  • Positive, driven attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds

Working Environment: This role requires working in a fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment, with extended work hours, beginning early and ending late. You will be required to sit for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk, stand and walk regularly throughout the day, and use your hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment.
