Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer assistance with using the ordering kiosks
- Provide support to customers in need of extra help
- Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and make recommendations as needed
- Ensure kids receive a kid treat
- Handle any customer concerns
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Requirements:
