Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to make Hard Rock Casino Bristol their preferred gaming destination. Foster strong relationships with guests and team members to provide superior service.
  • Floor Operations: Directly supervise dealer responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work to ensure seamless floor operations.
  • Performance Management: Appraise team member performance, reward outstanding contributions, and address any performance issues. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Game Integrity: Inspect games regularly to ensure that they are functioning correctly and that all rules and regulations are being followed.
  • Guest Experience: Assist guests in obtaining markers and ensure that buy-ins are correct. Provide exceptional service to guests and ensure that their experience is memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Three years of table games experience required. Two years in a dual-rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery. Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
  • Age: Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Pertinent Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Hard Rock Operations: Knowledge of Hard Rock operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Game Knowledge: Knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
