  • Adhere to established cash handling procedures and accounting practices during your shift.
  • Prepare food efficiently and accurately according to our recipes and guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels by routinely checking and replenishing items in the sandwich preparation area.
  • Comply with strict food safety and sanitation protocols during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the establishment to maintain our hygiene standards.
  • Follow quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the guidelines provided in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
  • Complete light administrative tasks as necessary during your shift.
  • Participate in ongoing training by completing courses from the University of SUBWAY as directed.
