Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.
  • Coordinate the timely installation and maintenance of company assets to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, making key personnel decisions and tracking performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors for maintenance services.
  • Facilitate preventive maintenance scheduling in collaboration with relevant teams and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of equipment failures to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure regular inspections and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across all facilities.

Qualifications

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 6 years in a supervisory capacity.

Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to manufacturing, along with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
