Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures to produce accurate images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Competently perform routine and specialized MRI procedures to produce high-quality images.
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures.
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
  • May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or Magnetic Resonance Program.
  • CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) or ARMRIT (Certified MRI Technologist) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience.
