Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Sutter Health. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competently perform MRI procedures to produce accurate and high-quality images
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or Magnetic Resonance Program
  • Certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or Certified MRI Technologist (ARMRIT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek. The schedule includes working days, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
