Position Overview:
Queen's Health Systems Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Head and Neck Surgeon to become a vital part of the Queen's Head and Neck Institute. This role is situated in a well-respected, high-volume clinical environment that addresses a significant portion of head and neck cancer cases.
Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical care for patients across various settings, including outpatient and inpatient services.
Educational Commitment:
We value the importance of education and mentorship; therefore, candidates should be enthusiastic about training and guiding residents from the John A. Burns School of Medicine in both clinical and academic environments.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School or equivalent certification.
- Completion of a fellowship in head & neck surgical oncology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, with certification to be achieved within two years of employment if not already certified.
- Ability to secure an unrestricted medical license in the State of Hawaii.
- Eligibility for a faculty appointment at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.
