Service Technician

CoolSys is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and overhaul equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices
- Provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment, including air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machine equipment, and gas furnaces
- Perform preventative maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operating deficiencies
- Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills
- Maintain accurate records of work history and process job tickets and work orders in a timely manner
- 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation
- Ability to work on equipment, troubleshoot, test, and balance systems
- Valid driver's license and active EPA certification
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
