About the Role:

The Dennis Group Springfield is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator I to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing various needs within our Microsoft 365 tenant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the SharePoint Helpdesk queue in Kaseya BMS
  • Assist users with permissions management, document sharing, and guest account issues across various sites
  • Document troubleshooting steps for future reference
  • Deploy and configure SharePoint sites in modern and classic formats
  • Add web parts to SharePoint modern pages and customize them according to site users' needs
  • Run PowerShell scripts for site, file, and user management
  • Identify opportunities for process automation or tool development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience configuring granular permissions and roles in a data management system
  • SharePoint-specific experience is ideal
  • Ability to manage numerous user support requests and site setup projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint and Entra ID admin centers, API and app authorizations, and Power Automate
  • Coding experience with JavaScript/React, HTML, and/or CSS

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
