Position Overview

The individual in this role will oversee the strategic vision for JCB's marketing initiatives, brand evolution, and all forms of communication, both internal and external, within North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic leadership and marketing across various domains, including product, brand, and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement the marketing strategy for JCB North America.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive team on all marketing-related matters.
  • Articulate our North American brand identity and its engagement with diverse audiences, including customers, potential employees, and the general public.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
  • Identify and explore marketing opportunities, direct marketing efforts, and new project initiatives.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns while establishing performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee social media strategies to foster connections with customers, consumers, and staff.
  • Coordinate public relations and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
  • Direct the creation and distribution of all advertising materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns effectively achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of all marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the President & CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in marketing or advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing or advertising.
  • Fifteen years of experience in advertising or marketing within a relevant industry.
  • At least ten years in a senior leadership role.
