Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service.
• Be an Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant work, and sugar art. Ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and resolve issues related to production, inventory, and customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
• Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and customers to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Be a Learner: Stay up-to-date with new trends, techniques, and products in the bakery industry, and share knowledge with team members to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Cake decorating experience and knowledge of bakery operations are highly desirable.
