POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the supervision of the Bakery Plant Manager at Zippy's, the Production Mixer/Baker plays a crucial role in crafting cakes and pies to fulfill daily orders, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipe accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and assemble cakes and pies according to daily production requirements
  • Ensure all products are correctly tagged and labeled for identification
  • Support other departmental tasks as needed
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols throughout the workspace
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Availability: Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting weights between 25-50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Cognitive Skills: Proficient in basic arithmetic and possesses strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Pre-Employment Criteria: Successful completion of physical and drug screening is mandatory
  • Work Environment: Must be comfortable in environments with fluctuating temperatures
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bakery setting is advantageous
