About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Risk Consultant to join our team at Trileaf Corporation. As a Geospatial Risk Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying potential environmental risks associated with commercial real estate transactions. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Performing QA/QC reviews of ASTM E1527 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and other environmental due diligence reports
• Ensuring reports are consistently reviewed on time to meet client deadlines
• Providing detailed feedback to staff following each review
• Reporting to management about individual staff proficiencies and deficiencies
• Communicating with environmental scientists and management daily about any anticipated environmental concerns or delays

Key Qualifications:
• Environmental Professional (EP) status in accordance with ASTM E1527
• Strong grasp of spelling, grammar, technical writing, professional etiquette, and principles of environmental risk management
• Experience with managing staff or fostering professional development of staff preferred
• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or related field
