Job Title: Senior Product Manager for Network Services

CentersquareDC is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of our network services portfolio, including IP Connect, Virtual Cross Connects, Network Fabric, and Cloud Connect.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Data Center industry and network services, as well as experience working with partners. They will be responsible for maintaining service descriptions, SLAs, and product-related documentation, defining quote-to-cash processes, and driving standards and non-standard guidelines.

The Product Manager will also be responsible for recommending and driving product feature changes, enhancements, and additions to ensure the product remains strategic and successful. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and features within the systems and processes of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle management of network services portfolio
  • Maintenance of service descriptions, SLAs, and product documentation
  • Definition of quote-to-cash processes
  • Driving standards and non-standard guidelines
  • Recommendation and implementation of product feature changes
  • Integration of new products and features with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in a business or technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in a related field
  • Experience in technical networking field strongly preferred
  • Tactical product planning and go-to-market skills
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios to maximize revenue and drive significant revenue growth
  • Experience using collaboration and CRM tools
  • Metrics-driven with a proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
  • Excellent writer and public speaker in front of large groups and directly with customers

Work Environment:

Full-time, hybrid role with 3 days a week on-site in Coppell, TX corporate office. Typical travel will be between 10-20%.
