Reporting Structure:

Reports to a managerial position or higher, receiving guidance from senior staff as required.

Leadership Responsibilities:

May provide mentorship to junior staff members within the department.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with several years of pertinent work experience. A solid understanding of fundamental theories, principles, and concepts is essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related discipline. Experience in laboratory safety, equipment maintenance, and operational management is beneficial.
