Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process tissue samples for examination and diagnosis
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives to ensure laboratory standards are met
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- FUTURE - Histotechnologist (HT) certification within six months from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
