  • Advocate for inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment within the innovation team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in Operations, IT, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role focused on innovation and digital transformation, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record in executing digital transformation projects and deploying new technologies on a large scale.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary relationships and driving cultural shifts towards innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property management, cybersecurity, technology commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new ideas and opportunities, particularly in emerging technologies.
  • Ability to meet all essential physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of subsurface exploration, drilling, completions, and upstream production operations.
