Job Description: Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining complex web applications that drive our business forward.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java, Angular, Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
  • Continuously optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Work with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in production environments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern web application technologies (Java, Angular, Ruby on Rails, React).
  • 3+ years of proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases (Postgres preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile, lean, and iterative development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
