  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with refrigeration and HVAC systems, including knowledge of controllers, CPC, Danfoss, Einstein, Comtrol, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure our systems remain efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance and repair operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure maximum system availability.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration tools, materials, and test equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, compliance schematics, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and applicable welding and soldering techniques.
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to use good judgment and make decisions quickly and independently.

Working Conditions:

The associate will work in a safe and comfortable store environment with frequent exposure to hot, cold, slippery, and wet conditions. The associate will be required to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire workday and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.
