Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, maintaining high standards of housekeeping detail, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues and improving the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks with a high level of stamina and endurance.
