Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Rand 3D. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and solutions to our clients related to Autodesk architecture and construction software in a Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to Autodesk software installations, licensing, and product functionality.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients on Autodesk architecture and construction software, including Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD Architecture, and Navisworks.
  • Document support cases in Salesforce and develop company intellectual property, such as blogs and white papers.
  • Develop strong relationships with external and internal clients, and work collaboratively with the Technical and Sales teams to recommend solutions related to the AEC industries.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of business ethics and ensure that Rand 3D maintains its respected image.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of work experience with Autodesk architecture and construction software.
  • 3+ years of support experience with Autodesk architecture and construction software, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk architecture and construction design processes.
  • Business Process Automation experience preferred.
  • Relevant work experience within a Microsoft environment.
  • Experience with a CRM would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, presentation, organization, and self-discipline.
  • Initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree and/or equivalent experience.
