The Opportunity:

Your combination of technical knowledge and people skills makes you a valuable asset to our team, solving complex problems and improving database technology.

As a Database Administrator who specializes in MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases, you will establish and manage data access and support practices for a specific database technology.

You will analyze policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the database, providing your client with peace of mind.

You will use technology and tools like MS SQL and PostgreSQL to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical database.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in information technology
  • 2+ years of experience in MS SQL
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification within two months of hire date

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience in cloud-based database solutions
  • Experience in non-relational databases
  • Experience with AWS or Azure

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.

This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
