Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Abacus Technology is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for our telecommunications program at the Robins AFB. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in administrative support and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain cable infrastructure records using the Telecommunications Management System (TMS).
- Provide training on TMS applications to ensure seamless adoption and utilization.
- Offer TMS support for telephone billing and reconciliation, as well as service order tracking.
- Coordinate and validate commercial telephone and data equipment and services to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong background in TMS, Remedy, and MS Office.
- Ability to exercise judgment and complete assignments with numerous steps varying in nature and sequence.
- Comfortable selecting the appropriate method to accomplish a task or resolve an issue.
- Thorough knowledge of an office's work and routine to choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate efficiently with all levels of an organization.
- Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
